Louise Hopkins is an artist living and working in Glasgow, Scotland. She worked closely with Edinburgh Printmakers to produce editions for Below Another Sky, a project funded by British Council to support artists to travel and make work.
In Landscape with Red, Blue and Black a small watercolour painting formed the starting point for this work. The small element was then duplicated, flipped mirrored and inverted repeatedly across the composition.
