The Muban Educational Trust | Stand E4
The Muban Educational Trust (MET) was established in 1997 and it is a small charity based in south-west London. It is dedicated to the preservation, research and promotion of Chinese printmaking. It has an extensive collection of over 6,000 modern and contemporary Chinese woodblock prints which are available for research to scholars, curators, collectors and artists, by arrangement with the Trust.
The MET has been working closely with Chinese artists. We have commissioned two sets of portfolios from Chinese artists. These are available for sale as complete portfolios - Portfolio 1: £40,000 for 60 prints; Portfolio 2: £8,800 for 18 prints - and as individual prints (at varied prices). MET also promotes other Chinese artists by bringing their prints to international market.
