Edinburgh Printmakers, established in 1967, was the first open access print studio in the UK. Now one of the largest in Europe, it has supported many artists through its editioning programme, such as Pio Abad, Barbara Rae, John Bellany, Sam Ainsley, Ade Adesina, Victoria Crowe, Andrew Cranston, Calum Colvin, and Rachel Maclean. In addition, Edinburgh Printmakers supports its Studio Membership of over 300 artists, representing a vast range of styles, techniques, and careers. Edinburgh Printmakers' home boasts multiple exhibition spaces and a thriving education and events programme.
