Brook Street Gallery

Brook Street Gallery specialises in contemporary abstraction, bringing together largely unique and low-edition prints. For the London Original Print Fair, artists Natalia Zarovnaya, Liudmila Krutikova, Mila Morton, Rupert Whale, and Paul Dewis explore innovative approaches to printmaking. Embracing both traditional and modern mediums, the artists work across engraving, etching, screenprint, collagraph, drypoint, carborundum, aquatint linocut, and ink drawings on Chinese rice paper.

The works of Russian-born artists Natalia Zarovnaya and Liudmila Krutikova evoke complex geometric worlds, drawing on linear structures, crystals, and architecture. Similarly, English artist Paul Dewis looks to the urban environment, abstracting its dense networks. Rupert Whale and Mila Morton take a more gestural approach to printmaking, pursuing a sense of dynamism through their expressive marks.

In 2024, Brook Street Gallery participates in the London Original Print Fair for the first time, having exhibited previously at the Affordable Art Fair, Battersea and Hamspead editions, throughout 2022 and 2023.
